CTS — GENERAL
Whereby a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) manages to perform general tasks such as creating, operating, and servicing AV solutions. They also conduct AV management procedures that provide the best AV resolutions of the client's needs.
CTS-D — AV SYSTEM DESIGN SPECIALIZATION
A Certified Technology Specialist — Design (CTS-D), is an AV systems designer who undergoes extensive research to understand clients’ needs and, through collaboration with other professionals, designs the perfect AV systems that are aimed at meeting those needs.
CTS-I — AV SYSTEM INSTALLATION SPECIALIZATION
A Certified Technology Specialist — Installation (CTS-I) is designated to install and maintain any AV systems by following certain specifications, schematics, codes, and safety protocols. They also administer installation logistics, troubleshooting, tool ad equipment maintenance as well as all communication processes involved.
